We hope you love all your items from Dusty Pink, however in the event you need to return, here are our terms and conditions.

 

Returns & Eligibility

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All approved online returns will be issued as a gift card/store credit only.
  • To be eligible for a gift card, your item must be received by Dusty Pink within 10 days from when you receive your item domestically, or 20 days for international orders. This timeframe is based on your tracking information.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, and with original swing tags attached.
  • Any item returned stained, washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for store credit.
  • Sending back an item is at the customer’s expense.

Gift Card Conditions

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
  • Digital gift cards are emailed — please check your inbox and spam folders.

Exchanges & Restrictions

  • Dusty Pink reserves the right to refuse an exchange or gift card if items do not meet our resale requirements.
  • We do not offer credits if you purchase an item and later repurchase it at a sale price.
  • No returns or credits are offered for items washed incorrectly or damaged during wear.
  • Strictly NO RETURNS on formal gowns/dresses.
  • For hygiene reasons, body tops, bodysuits, tights, scarves, etc. cannot be returned.
  • Clearance, satin, and sale items cannot be returned.

Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Faulty Items

  • If an item is faulty, please contact us at info@dustypink.com.au with a description and photo.
  • Once received and assessed in-store, faulty items may be replaced, repaired, or refunded.

Shipping Liability

  • Once a parcel is dispatched through Australia Post (a third-party shipping provider), Dusty Pink holds no liability for loss or damage in transit.
  • Any claims must be lodged directly with Australia Post and are subject to their terms. We will assist where possible with documentation.
