We hope you love all your items from Dusty Pink however in the event you need to return, here are the terms and conditions!

To be eligible for a credit, your item must be received by Dusty Pink strictly within 10 days from when you receive your item domestically and 20 days for international orders. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking number. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged. Must be returned with the original swing tags attached. Any item returned that is stained in any way or has been dry cleaned or damaged will not receive a credit note.

Please note: Dusty Pink reserve the right to refuse to provide an exchange or credit note should the item not meet our requirements for resale. 

Sending back an item is at the customers expense. 

Return post to: 

Dusty Pink 1/171 Waterloo Rd, Greenacre 2190 with your name and order number. Please ensure that you have reached out to our team via email first. 

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended. 

If an item is faulty, please contact the team ASAP immediately or within the return period at with a description and image for assessment. Once the item is physically received and assessed and proven to be faulty we will happily exchange for the same item or fix any faults in the item. Faulty items cannot be returned after the return period being 10 days for domestic and 20 days for international. 

For hygiene reasons, body tops, bonds, tights, scarfs etc. cannot be returned. 

Clearance, satin and sale items cannot be returned. 

We do not offer refunds. 

We do not offer credits if you have already purchased an item then re-purchased as a sale item.

We do not offer returns after a second exchange.

We do not offer returns or credits for items that have been washed incorrectly or damaged whilst worn. 


Once a parcel is dispatched through Australia Post, which is a third-party shipping provider, Dusty Pink holds no liability for any loss or damages incurred during transit. Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be directed to Australia Post and will be subject to their terms and conditions. Dusty Pink will, however, assist customers in communicating with Australia Post and provide necessary documentation to support any claims, to the best of our ability.
